Description

It is a large family home in extent of 350sqm's. It has the necessary safety arrangements and a large garden with playgym for the kids to keep themselves busy. It has and outdoor barbeque area and some of the rooms are fitted with airconditioning.

Neighborhood

It is one of the safets neighbourhoods in South Africa. It is just around the corner from the vineyards and actually has views of some vineyards. It is in close proximity to large shopping centres and convenience centres and is also close to Cape Town, Western Cape vineyards, beaches and the airport.

About Us

I am an electronics engineer and projects manager whilst my wife is an industrial psychologist.

I enjoy the outdoors, whilst my wife enjoys the city lights.

We have two boys aged 2 and 4.

Destination

The planned trip will be to validate our PR visas to Australia during next year. Consequently dates are quite flexible. Depending on the time of year we would prefer something close to the sea.

We would also prefer something closer to thye major cities. Perhaps within 1 hopur of commuting at least.
