Description

A beautiful home with oak floors(very unusual in Miami) and large sliding glass doors to view the large pool area which is screen enclosed. Barbecue grill for grilling fresh fish while enjoying a sunset and a cold Margarita. Wonderful neighbors who will invite you for a toast to your vacation. Tree lined street in an upscale family neighborhood with lots of young families.
We have bicycles, pool toys, a full book shelf and super friends to call on for advice on anything from Disney to South Beach to great local shopping from Abercrombie to Nordstroms.
House is fully air-conditioned and has a lovely sunny interior to delight your senses. Master suite has a bath w jacuzzi off the pool. The girls room has wicker bed w/trundle for sleeping two w/TV and music. The guest room has new queen bed & all have ceiling fans for tropical feel. Trampoline too in the backyard.

Neighborhood

The neighborhood is known as one of the best in South Florida, Coral Reef underfoot and known by it's new village name Palmetto Bay-Pinecrest. Tree lined street with very friendly neighbors, not a crabapple in the bunch. Many young families and some retirees who all mingle well at thrown together bbq or lawn gathering to share a mug or glass of wine . Fantastic mega grocer nearby and every type of food from fast to sushi to gourmet Italian is available within a five minute drive or nice long walk.

About Us

My husband and I married 25 years with 3 great kids, ages 21, 19, and 12.We love fishing, watching college football and the Miami Dolphins. My girls and I love shopping and an occasional spa tx at my great local spot. My son loves college and the beach and jet-skis . I am a Principal (Head Mistress) at the local Elementary School. My husband is in tel-com sales.
We are nervous about our first house trade but excited to try a new adventure.

Destination

We will be coming to Ireland for first time and would like an interesting home perhaps near Dublin. We are just beginning the search for my family roots. Great location helps and views or fireplaces would be nice.
