Description

Ours is a 1940s home partially renovated with a large garden, two large decks and an undercover patio. We have all mod cons and comforts. the house sleeps four comfortably with room for overnight guests. The main bedroom opens on to the back deck and view of the trees. There is a small office which doubles as guest bedroom, as well as another bedroom where our daughter sleeps.

Neighborhood

We are very close to extensive parks with playgrounds and playing fields. There is good public transport, bus and train, within easy reach. We are 15-20 mins on a bus to CBD and Southbank culural precinct. less by car. Lots of families, walk to shops, friendly neighbours.
We have all the advantages of suburbs but within 10 mins from CBD.

About Us

We are Richard Shapcott and Louise Mills and our daughter Miranda. Richard is an academic at the University of Queensland and louise is a proofreader and fulltime mother.
We like simple things like walks, movies, and playing with our daughter but also like to be close to cafes , restuarants and playgrounds.

Destination

We are on sabbatical in vancouver canada in summer o8. dates are not flexible but we will consdier a non simultaneous exchange.
