Description

A lovely stone-built traditional Edwardian family home with a large private garden; house is on two floors, with living room, dining room and kitchen downstairs. Also a separate downstairs wc.

On the upper floor, a master bedroom with en suite bathroom and dressing room, two further bedrooms with a modern shower room and separate wc, and an office /study.

Central heating and all appliances: washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, fridges (2) and freezer.

TV and freeview/dvd recorder. HI fi.

Neighborhood

Pencaitland is a small village with a pub, church, two shops and a petrol filling station. The Spar stocks most essentials - more choice at the local Tesco stores in Haddington (5 miles east) or in Dalkeith (6 miles west).

Lots of local walks, and East Lothian is famous for its golf courses. There are at lease 15 within a 20 mile radius.

About Us

I am a construction consultant, my wife is Depute Head at an Edinburgh Primary School.

Destination

We already have week one of our California vacation pre-booked in Escondido, but will need San Francisco accommodation late July/Early August.

Our house outside Edinburgh would be available 19 July for 3 weeks.
