Neighborhood

My apartment is located in the heart of Philadelphia by Washington Square and Society Hill, the nicest and most expensive places to live in the City. Within several blocks walking distance you will find the Liberty Bell, Independence Hall, the Constitution Center, Museums, shopping, restaurants, nightlife and so much more. This is a historical neighborhood, with horse drawn carriage rides through the nearby Washington Square Park.

About Us

I am a single guy, working in finance as well as being a professional musician. I enjoy traveling, meeting new people, and new experiences. Being carefree and open to new opportunities, makes this idea of home exchange a very exciting and fun option to me.
