Description

Our home has open plan living (lounge, dining room and kitchen). Three bedrooms with a small play room (or fourth bedroom) and two bathrooms (one is an ensuite off master bedroom). The section is fully enclosed by a 3m hedge and is 960m2. We have built in gas heating and continuous flow hot water. A gas BBQ, and a large deck for good indoor/outdoor flow. We have a warm child friendly house.

Neighborhood

We are 400m from a safe and quiet beach where there are cafes/resturants. The area is a quiet beach side settlement with a full shoppping area nearby. Banks, supermarkets etc are 5mins away and a major shopping mall is 10 mins away. We are 50km from Wellington central (the capital city of New Zealand). Two major ski feilds are 3hours away as is Lake Taupo.

About Us

We are family of four with the two children being 5 and 3 years old. We have lived here for 10 years and have completed renovations 4 years ago.

I am a minister of religion (Anglican) and we have both been involved in youth and community work for some years. Currently I also appear weekly on national television advising on teen issues. I travel extensively training and speaking. Much of this is training socila and youth workers.

Destination

We are flexible with the dates and are open to anywhere but like the idea of Europe. we would prefer 1 - 2 months and could look at an even longer exchange.
