Description

A large family home of 115sq.m. with a good sized garden, patio great for eating al fresco, small BBQ.

We have a well equipped kitchen and utility area in the garage. A large inflatable pool for the summer, playstation, broadband access, games for children, books, CDs, DVDs, Playstation, bicycles, things to keep the whole family amused.

We are situated a suburb 10 minutes drive from the centre of Nantes, 2 minutes walk from The Loire and our own town's small beach with a petanque bouledrome: parklands, cycling, walking and running tracks along the river.

It's a 10 minute drive to the Muscadet vineyards, 40 minutes to the nearest coastal town, and an hour and a half from Saumur, Tours, and all the beautiful castles on the Loire.

The house comfortably sleeps 7 (3 of the beds are in bunk beds.)

We also have a cat, Cassis, who is lovely with everyone, especially children.
We can arrange for the cat to be fed if you do not want to do that.

Neighborhood

Saint Sebastien sur Loire is a family orientated town with great sports facilities, lots of natural leisure activities; including horse-riding, 9 hole golf course.

It is classified as South Nantes, therefore very close to the City Centre and its famous chateau, cathedral, its beautiful Victorian shopping arcade, Passage Pommeraye, its many art and history museums and 100s of bars, restaurants and beautiful shops.

Just North of the City is the River Erdre where you can take boat trips further North and explore the beautiful towns and villages along the way.

You can also see (and ride on) Nantes' famous mechanical elephant, on the Machines des Isles, Nantes latest development, l'ile de Nantes, with river-front restaurants and bars.

About Us

We are a family with many interests, my husband is an interior designer, and I work as a teacher of product design and branding.

We have a son of 9 and a daughter of 7, both with many interests including art, sport, and of course Nintendo and playstation!!

Destination

We have children, so prefer to be close to the sea, or a lake or with access to a swimming pool, other activities...
