Description

nice, quiet and sunny flat by the rhône river 10 minutes walk from the town center. It has 2 bedrooms; a double and our daughther's with an extra bed.The kitchen is fully equipped with a dish-washer, a washing-machine, the oven and a micro-wave. The living-room is large and sunny with a dinner table for 6 and a sofa and TV,DVD and hi-fi.The bathroom has a bath.
There are 2 balconies wth a nice view on the river and a private parking place. It is our main house.

Neighborhood

It is a nice and quiet area very close to the town center(monuments and museums).It's by the river so you can walk along it. The shops are very close(supermarket, baker's butcher's and chemist's)5 minutes walking.It's very convenient to enter and leave the town(highway 5 minutes driving) but it's very quiet.bus stop close to the flat.

About Us

We are a couple aged 47 and 53 with Julia , our daughter who is 9. I'm an English teacher in a high school and my husband is an artist( a painter). We like to visit historical places or simply walk in nice landscapes and Provence is very nice for that. I'm French, teach English and speak Spanish for I have Spanish roots and my has husband has Italian roots.I like cinema, theatre and reading and my husband is very much interested in archeology.

Destination

en Espagne nous privilégions l'Andalousie(région Costa de la Luz ou Almeria de préférence) pour l'été 2009 ou pas loin de la côte En Italie nous avons une Préférence pour la Toscane.
Une amie pourrait se joindre à nous pour l'échange. Puisqu'il s'agit de notre résidence principale l'échange doit se faire simultanément à quelques jours près.
