Description

I've got a 35 sqm appartement in a residence with swimming-pool. This appartement is really sunny (three big windows) and has a big terrasse which is all around of it . You have inside, a separate kitchen with a fridge, a micro wave..., a bathroom with a bath and a washing machine, a little bedroom and a living-room with a plasma tv, music...
This residence is verry protected, you have a gardian and a digicode.

Neighborhood

The appartement is situated just in front of golf course,in 15 minutes by feet to the really beautiful beach, and 2 minutes to the food shop and 1 kilometer to the center of Mandelieu. Mandelieu is the typical little south of france city! You can find all you want to live and to do good shopping, you have CANNES, the movie's festival city at only 10 minutes by car!!
Finally, You have the hight-way at only 2 kilometers, to can go where you want...!!

About Us

I've got 20 year old, I come from Normandy live in the french riviera since a few month, because I found a good job there. In the company where I work We are a creators of themed environnements. We are theming attractions park in all over the world.
I'm living alone in this appartement, my family is staying in Normandy.
My passion is the dance, I was last year in a private professional dance school, modern dance, and I love travel, which is a good point for my job.

Destination

I'm Interested to spend my Christmas vacation everywhere ... I'm opened with any proposal.
