Notre appartement est situé en plein coeur de Montréal et du quartier vivant et animé du Plateau Mont Royal, dans une rue calme et agréable. En rez de jardin, avec une terrasse privative. C'est un bel appartement de 120 m2 (1200Pc) style "espace ouvert" avec une grande pièce à vivre (beau canapé, TV, DVD), une cuisine adjacente, 3 chambres (dont une pour bébé mais que nous pourrions prévoir pour un autre couchage) permettant de recevoir 2 ou 3 couples, une magnifique salle de bains avec grande baignoire jacuzzi et une douche, laveuse et sécheuse, une terrasse privative avec BBQ. Appartement refait à neuf et de très belle qualité. Internet Wifi.
Proche de toutes les commodités: métro (5 minutes à pied), bus, épiceries, commerces, restaurants, bars, parc Lafontaine à 2 minutes et Mont Royal; à 10 minutes à pied.

Our apartment is located in the very center of Montreal, on a
peaceful and pleasant street of lively Plateau-Mont-Royal district.
Ground floor with private terrace. It's a very nice 1200 square feet
(120 square meters) apartment, with a large open space as living room
(nice sofa, TV, DVD), an open kitchen, 3 bedrooms suitable for 2 or 3
couples (one is a baby bedroom but could have a complementary bed), a
wonderful bathroom with large jacuzzi bath and a shower. Washing
machine, dryer. Private terrace with BBQ. Fully and recently
renovated, very nice and quality style. Internet wifi available.
Near from metro (5 minutes walk), bus, groceries, shops, restaurants
& bars, Lafontaine Park (2 minutes walk), Mont-Royal Park (10 minutes
walk).

Le quartier du Plateau Mont Royal est un quartier vivant très typique de Montréal avec ses maisons colorées à escaliers extérieurs et ses maisons victoriennes, avec des parcs dont le fameux Parc Mont Royal, beaucoup de commerces, de restaurants et bars, une piste cyclable, et très sécuritaire. Notre appartement est dans un coin très calme et agréable.

Plateau-Mont-Royal is a very lively district, typical of Montreal
with its colored houses with outside stairs, Victorian-style houses,
many parks (the famous Mont-Royal park), many shops, restaurants &
bars, cycling tracks. It's also very safe. Our apartment is located
in a peaceful and pleasant area

Nous sommes un jeune couple français avec un bébé installé depuis plus de 3 ans à Montréal. Je suis photographe indépendant à Montréal et ma conjointe est Directrice Gestion pour une grosse entreprise de jeux vidéos.
Nous parlons français et anglais, ainsi que l'espagnol.
Nous aimons beaucoup notre vie à Montréal où la qualité de vie est présente, vivant dans un chouette quartier animé et calme à la fois, proche de la nature.
Nous pratiquons beaucoup d'activités "outdoor", hiver comme été.
Nous envisageons de voyager en Europe avec notre bébé pendant 2 mois du 15 mai au 15 juillet 2008: Irlande- Croatie-France- Barcelone et souhaitons échanger notre appartement durant cette période.

We are a young French couple with a baby. We have been living in
Montreal for more than 3 years. I am photographer and my wife is cost
control manager in a big video games company.
We speak French, English, Spanish.
We enjoy a lot living in Montreal, where there is a real quality of
life, and we love our district which is both lively and peaceful. We
also enjoy to be near from nature. We practise many outdoor
activities in winter and summer.
We plan to travel in Europe for 2 months (mid-May to mid-July) with
our baby, in Ireland, Croatia, France, Barcelona, and we would like
to exchange our apartment during this time.
