the flat is located in Berlin's trendy/family-friendly Kollwitzplatz area in Prenzlauer Berg, 2-min-walk away from Kollwitz square and market; This is Berlin's most sought-after residential area - reputed for its cafés/restaurants, dolce vita, charming squares and large sidewalks; designer's boutiques and street markets. Very central (former east part of town), a few minutes away from Mitte.

About Us

Triligual, four-cultural couple (French, GB/US, German). Journalists and Publishers -- we own and run Exberliner, Berlin's English-language magazine. We have a 5-year-old daughter (whom we're not swapping!) + a cat, a lot of books and much antique junk for you to enjoy!

In france we're looking for something in the South - preferably near Toulouse - or in central Paris.
