Description

Modern beach house with sea views. Walk to beach. Three bedrooms (one with ensuite), modern kitchen with open plan living. Two decks for enjoying outdoor dining and the view. Two storied home with all bedrooms upstairs.

Neighborhood

Fantastic white sand beach, (patrolled in the summer) great for swimming and surfing. About 6kms north of Whangamata where there is big service centre (supermarket, etc) - also boat ramp - very good fishing and diving.
Onemana is a very family friendly beach, with a great new park for children, and tennis courts on the beach front.

About Us

We are a family of 4 - two boys aged 9 and 7. Love surfing and snowboarding as a family.

Destination

We would prefer Wanaka but possibly Queenstown (Southern Lakes region).
The dates are very flexible - just sometime in the ski season, not school holidays this year.
As we are exchanging our holiday home it can be non-simultaneous exchange.
