Neighborhood
This home is set in a peaceful neighborhood. In the surrounding area you’ll find a wide variety of activities and scenery.
Area attractions: Arrowhead Town Center (4 miles, shopping, movies, dining) Lake Pleasant Regional Park (30 minutes, boating, fishing, skiing, parasailing, hiking, camping). Wildlife World Zoo, Phoenix Zoo (30 minutes, up close with exotic animals). Waterworld Safari Water Park (7 miles). Salt river (1½ hours, tubing). Dozens of golf courses, lakes, and parks.
Major Sports: Diamondbacks (30 minutes), Suns (30 Minutes) , Cardinals (45 minutes), Coyotes (20 minutes). Baseball’s Cactus league spring training is here in March. Peoria Stadium hosts the Mariners and Padres (4 miles). Phoenix International Raceway is 30 minutes away.
Day trips or weekends: Sedona (1½ hours, Oak Creek and famous Red Rocks, try a horseback ride or Pink Jeep tour), The Grand Canyon (4 hours, One of the 7 wonders of the Natural World), Old West Prescott or Jerome (1½ hours), Old Tucson (2 hours). Flagstaff (2 hours, snowboarding, skiing)
About Us
Linda is a teacher, Michael is an engineer.
Two children Ally age 18 and Arielle age 16.
Both are students at Arizona School for the Arts and love theater,music and dance.
We all enjoy hiking, biking, and boating.
We are looking forward to an exchange Ireland and London to take in theater and cultural sites.
We are open to offers for an exchange to London or Ireland from July 24-Aug. 11 2008. We would prefer one week or so in each place but are open to the whole time in one location. We offer our 2nd home in exchange so if yours is a 2nd home the exchange does not have to occur at the same time. You can choose to come to Sunny AZ in the winter if it suits you. We also have acces to 2 bedroom timeshare at Los Abrigados resort in Sedona if you would like to stay in the cooler part of Arizona amongst the scenic red rocks.
Destination
We need an apartment or house in London or Ireland that can accomodate 4-6 for one or 2 weeks July 25-Aug 11th 2008. We would love to have 8 nights in each location but would stay the whole time in one.

We also own a 2 bedroom timeshare in the cooler part of the state to the north in scenic Sedona Arizona at Los Abrigados resort. Sedona is a perfect place to hike Oak creek canyon and see the beautiful red rocks.
