Description

My apartment is on the top floor of a 3-storey corner house with garden. It is very sunny and bright, with a floor area of 85 sq.m. (915 sq.ft.) plus a 45 sq.m. (485 sq.ft.) roof terrace that looks towards a hilltop, giving it a very open feel -a real luxury in a city like Athens! It has a spacious living/dining room, open plan kitchen, one bedroom with double bed, large bathroom and separate w/c. It is fully equipped, fully air-conditioned and has wireless high-speed internet access. Furnishings and decoration are kept minimal and, as this is my second home, it is almost free of personal stuff. Occasionally, I also offer it as a short-term rental.

Neighborhood

The apartment is situated in a relatively green and quiet residential area, close to the Olympic Stadium and the newly-developed shopping & entertainment complexes of northern Athens. Public transport, bakeries/supermarkets and a few restaurants/cafés are within 2-8 mins. walking distance. Some of the liveliest areas of northern Athens for shopping and nightlife are a short bus ride away. It's about 15-20 mins. to the city center, 20-25 mins. to the airport and 40-50 mins. to the sea.

About Us

I'm a freelance music journalist/writer/translator living abroad with my partner (both mid-30's, non-smokers). I'm a keen traveler and have had two great home exchange experiences in Tokyo and New York.

I speak English, German, French, Italian, a bit of Spanish and a lot of Greek.

Destination
