Description

The house has 2 bedrooms, one living room, 1 toilet, one bathroom and a small home office.
Size is about 90sqm and the garden is about 1000sqm.
The house is old but was remodeled 3 years ago and in great condition.

Kitchen - Microwave, Stove, and Oven. (Off course the fridge is here is as well)
Living Room - DVD+TV, Stereo system.
Home Office - PC, High speed internet connection
Bedrooms - One is a double size bed the other is our daughters room so it is great if you have kids and if not it will just cheer you up. (-:

Neighborhood

Very quiet and lovely surrounding. The house is close to a rather large field, great for walking.
The is just outside Tel-Aviv (20 Minutes) and 35 minutes from Jerusalem.
The rain station is nearby if you rather use it over our family car.

About Us

We are a family of 4, we have 2 young daughters, ages 1 and 3. We also have a 5 years old dog but she is not coming with us...

Destination

Our preferred month for the house swap is August.
