Nice and sunny flat of 75 m2, with 2 bedrooms (one with double bed ; the other with single bed, possibility to add another single bed), bathroom, kitchen, living room with a large sunny terrasse of 20m2. TV & Internet.
The appartement is located in a small condomimium with a swimming pool and a tennis court open to the residents.

Neighborhood

The apartment is located in a residential and peaceful area in the hills of Antibes (nice sea view from the swimming pool) . Shops (bakery, restaurant, traiteur, drugstore) at 5 mns walking distance. The old town of Antibes is at 10 mns by car or by public bus (passing every 20mns).

About Us

Jean-Louis (38, working in adhesive tapes) is coming from Mountains Pyrénées, Marie-Hélène (43, used to work in japanese tourism)) coming from Paris, and married in Antibes ! now parents of a little girl (2,5 years old). We speak english, spanish and japanese.

Destination

we would like to go in Italy or Spain especially for New year Eve, but we are very open.
