Our apartment is not that big, but nice and pleasant (about 80 m2).

We have got 2 bedrooms double use (one with a mezzanine bed). Parquets floors in every room.

One bathroom.

A spacious and sunny living room.

A nice "black and white" salon (no TV but a nice home cinema-projector system).

A cute "red" kitchen (without dishwasher, you'll have to wet your hands :)).

A balcony (where we spend a lot of time in the summer).

Neighborhood

Our apartment is located in Lausanne, 15 minutes on foot from town center (5 min with the bus) and 15 minutes from railway station.

We don't really have a "view", but if you stay on the balcony, you'll see the Lake. We don't have a garden, but if you want to lie down on grass, you'll find a lovely Park just 5 minutes on foot.

Lausanne is a very nice city bordered by the lake of Geneva. You can walk around, do shopping, start your excursions from here etc. You'll find lot of restaurants, theaters, museums, night clubs, etc. The nightlife is great and renowned.

Lausanne is 40 minutes train from Geneva, 1h from Bern, 3h train from Zurich.

About Us

We are a couple of gay Swiss people (33 and 29 years old). I'm a theater director and my boyfriend works for a Classic Music Festival. We are interesting by all cultural insights, art, design, theater, dance, music, movies, nice wines and culinary specialities. We are friendly and easygoing people. Very neat and respectfull, we would treat your home with a great deal of respect and attention, as we would expect ours to be treated. Non-smokers, we request the same. We speak French and English, just a little German.
