Description

Single family home built in 1999 with 3 bedrooms and 2 full baths. Central heat and air, laminate and tile flooring. Big screen tv with HD satellite. Our home is well kept and we are very particular. Master bedroom with attached master bath has king size bed and a exterior door to the covered rear patio. Second bedroom has two twin beds. Third bedroom has one twin bed. The master bath has been recently renovated with tile flooring and new plumbing. The second bath has been recently renovated with tile flooring, new plumbing, new fixtures, and new vanity with granite.

Neighborhood

Located on a cul-de-sac in a quiet neighborhood approximately one mile from the center of town. Mount Shasta is a small (7500) mountainous alpine community where year around activities abound. Our home is approximately 15 minutes from our local ski park (skipark.com). We are approximately 60 miles south of Oregon and 60 miles north of Redding, CA with easy freeway access to both.

About Us

We are a non-smoking married couple with 3 children. We are interested in spending two months next winter (2009) in Hawaii. As mentioned previously we are particular with our house and our children behave accordingly. We are new to home exchanges and think it would be a great oppurtunity. We strongly believe that we are obligated to leave things (your home, belongings, etc.) in a better condition than we received them. With that in mind we also expect our home to be taken care of. We are not opposed to leaving one of our (2) four wheel drive vehicles available for your use. We have family and friends that live in the area and would help with any questions during your stay.

Destination

We would like to exchange our home for a home in Maui for the months of Jan. and Feb. of 2009.
