Description

Centrally located, in a great family neighborhood, our house is a spacios house, with formal dinning room, living room a big family room and a nice kitchen.

The 2nd floor have 3 big bedrooms, the master bedroom has an ensuite waschroom, there is another washroom in the 2nd floor, and a small bedroom that we use as an office.

The attic is spacious, it has a bedroom with a washroom an a deck.
We also have 2 parking spaces in our house and a small garden.

Neighborhood

We live in an area call "Prime Riverdale" just minutes walk away from excellent restaurants, shopping centres and cinemas, green spaces and tennis courts are within easy walking distance.
No need for a car as subway 1 block. Great also for families due to parks nearby and safe area for walking even at night! Playgrounds, wading pools for young children and full indoor and outdoor pools for older kids/adults. Playing fields, you name it, it's here. Easy to bike from here to lake/beach or right downtown financial area etc.

About Us

We are a family of 4 My husband Simon is 47 works is IT I am Mariu 43 University educated, a full time mum that looks after the house and my 2 children Matthew 7 and Dylan 6.

We love out doors, skiing, skating, sports, hiking, I particulary like running I have a few marathon on me.

We are a trilingual family I speak Spanish, English, a bit of Italian and french. My children go to French Immersion schools here in Toronto, and that's the main reason that we will like to spend some time in August in a French speaking country.

Destination

Dates are more or less flexible, depends on the offer. The exchange can be at non simultaneous but, again, it depends on the offer.
We are open to all citys but within our range of choices in France.

We are going to be in Europe during the summer (July and August) and would love to spend at least 2 weeks in France. Close to the south coast will be our preference.
