Description

We live about 2 hours drive from Cape town on a fruit farm. We have a big old farmhouse with lots of space. Barrydale is on the Route 62 to Oudtshoorn, George and Knysna. We are 150 km from Hermanus, one of the most beautiful sea destinations and very popular with tourists.

Neighborhood

Living on a farm about 2 km from our villiage is very quiet. When standing on our terrace you can see town. Our home is surronded by fruit trees and you can walk down to the river or take a hike on the mountain behind the house. Just a lovely relaxing environment. No public transport and not a big town with lot of shops. Biggest city to Barrydale is Worcester about 150 km where there is a big shopping centre, cinemas etc

About Us

Both my husband and I are in our forties. I work at our local primary school and my husband has his own business. We love travelling.

Destination

Would love to be in central London for Xmas and New Year.
