three double bedrooms,living room,dining room,utility room and a small conservatory,it also has two toilets lovely front and back gardens.all nicely decorated,the neighbourhood is great!!people actually say good morning instead of walking past you!!!it has four pubs within walking distance and another which is only one and half miles away and does lovely food,the river is just up the road or the abbey and triangular bridge,spalding is only 10 miles away and it has a yearly flower show,i think its 50th is this year
