A home office is located on the ground floor with satellite internet access. 7 passenger van available for your family to explore the sights and sounds. Located 10 minutes from the city of Georgetown (all the usual amenities, including shopping, restaurants, parks, historic downtown area); 15 minutes from the Kentucky Horse Park (site of the 2010 FEI World Equestrian Games) 20 minutes from Lexington (airport, museums, sports); and 1 hour from either Louisville or Cincinnati (both with major airports). We think you'll enjoy the countryside location, but will be close to all the amenities you need.

Neighborhood

Quite, country location, but close to major towns. Neighbors are family and friends, so plenty of help at hand. Great base for exploring all this wonderful state has to offer.

About Us

Al (40) and Christy (39) own a cafe in town and Al is a professional pilot. We have two children - Katie (10) and Emily (6). We have a Golden Retriever who spends all her time outside and would be looked after by our family for your time here (although you're welcome to get to know her!). Al has spent much of his career traveling the world but still enjoys experiencing new places with his family. Christy used to be in marketing for an international company but now runs the cafe. We look forward to getting to know our "swap family."
