Description

Our home has 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, small home gym, diningroom, modern kitchen and large living room onto patio and private swimming pool. Fully walled with security linked alarm. We have a lush, indiginous garden with lovely views of the mountains. The house is pet free. All amenities available, washing machine, dishwasher, satelite television, dvd players, computers with internet connection, barbeque on patio. Cars available, 2 x 4 or 4 x 4.

Neighborhood

We live in a residential neighbourhood close to Johannesburg and Sandton. South Africa does not have a public transport system, but a vehicle is available. Our area is quiet and very child friendly. There is a lot of shopping malls in a very close proximity. The Cradle of humankind, Lion and Rhino farm and rural lakeside and river venues is all within short driving distance. Sun City resort is close enough for a day trip.

About Us

Our family consists of my husband, myself and our two children. He is self employed, we own a children party shop and I have a bookkeeping business. The kids are aged 10 and 6 and in Primary School. We love being outdoors and needs activities like hiking, cycling, swimming. We speak Enlish and Afrikaans.

Destination

We have never experieced snow, thus the area must be in European winter snowfall region, which in South Africa, is our summer holiday. We would want to exchange simultaneously.
