Description

We have a 3200 square foot home in a private community of custom homes on 1-10 acre parcels. Our house is a tri-level custom with open area rooms and views of the foothills. Every room has sliding doors that open onto a deck. The upper deck has a barbeque and deck furniture for outdoor entertaining. Upstairs is large kitchen, laundry, living room, dining room and master bedroom (queen sized bed) with TV and DVD player and bath.The lower level has two large bedrooms, each with queen sized beds, a full bath and an oversized den with game tables, additional television, X-box set up and wood stove. DSL internet.

We are only 45 minutes from the entrance to Yosemite National Park. We are 30 minutes from Bass Lake and Millerton Lake. Each lake offers boating, fishing and great water sports. Rentals are available. There is also a beautiful new casino with great restaurants and entertainment just five miles away. We are 2 1/2 hours from the beautiful beaches of Monterey and Carmel.

Neighborhood

We live in a private community called Yosemite Lakes Park. It is a neighborhood mixed with families and retirees alike. The park offers a golf course, pool, tennis, fishing and walking trails. We also have the convenience of a grocery store, two restaurants, beauty shop, post office and a community church.

In addition there is a beautiful new playground, ballpark, basketball courts and private security.

We love living here in the foothills. The sunsets are amazing from the deck and summer nights offer star gazing free from city lights!

About Us

We are a family who loves the outdoors. Beaches, mountains, lakes....you name it. My husband is in sales and I am a preschool director and teacher. We will be traveling with our 17 year old son, who is a senior in high school and our 20 year old daughter who is a junior at a private christian university. We may also have our married daughter and her husband and their new son with us.

Destination

We are looking for homes at the South Jersey shore, most specifically Cape May, NJ. We would be willing to take care of your pets in exchange for you taking care of ours. If not, we will board them. Also interested in Hawaii or other locations near water...lakes or oceans!
