our apartment has hard floors with persian carpets , very large, 1200 sq. ft. with enclosed terrace, beautiful pool and jacuzzi, state of the art work out room. barbecue area. fully furnished with europian style furnishings. large kitchen. windows all about giving off a panaramic view of the ocean. 20 minutes to beverly hills, 2 hours to san diego, 2 hours to santa barbera, 45 minutes to disney land. maid service available and use of lincoln town car.

Neighborhood

walk to pacific ocean beaches. view of marina, boats , wonderful upscale neighborhood. very safe and quiet a map of the entire area can be sent. as well as local newspaper.

About Us

we are a mother and grown daughter, non smokers ect... we are looking to relocate to Italy and would like to visit before we decide. we are open to the amount of time and dates. and even geography as long as its in Italy.
