Description

"A Paradise." There are no better words to describe Pauba. Our spacious house has a distinct open plan. It features hardwood floors, high ceilings and a huge loft on the second floor. Four bedrooms (2 suites). The master suite has a small jacuzzi. There are three open living rooms, a dining room, a fireplace, a comfortable kitchen, and lots of balconies. On the back of the house there's a brick pizza oven and barbecue place. The whole house is furnished. Nine people can sleep very comfortably in the bedrooms. There are also two extra twin cots. Maid services is available at a low cost. Feel free to e-mail me with any questions.

" Un Paradis " ; Il n'y a pas mieux mot pour décrire Pauba. Notre maison et spacieuse et a un plan ouvert. Parquetages en bois, plafonds élevés et grand loft le second étage. Quatre chambres (2 suites). Suite principal a petite baignoire Jacuzzi. Il y a trois salles ouvertes, une salle de dîner, une cheminée, une cuisine suffisante et confortable, et varie des balcons. Dans les fonds ha un four de pizza le bois et la churrasqueira. La maison entière est meublée. Neuf personnes peuvent dormir très confortablement dans les chambres. Il y a deux matelas supplémentaires. Des services d'employé domestique sont disponibles la basse coût. Si tu il a toute question, s'il vous plaît, se sente la volonté pour me demander.

Neighborhood

This house is secluded in a quiet fishing village. It's located around 300 meters from a solf white sand tropical beach. "Pauba" is a small and family-oriented beach. Yet, you have all that you need nearby: a simple yet complete gracery store is on the corner. There are two restaurants less than 300 meters away. If you want to go to pubs and nightclubs it's just a 10 minutes drive away. If you like hiking, there are two mountains nearby from which you will enjoy fantastic views of two local beaches (check pictures for details). Like kayaking? No problem! There are kayaks for rent on the left corner of the beach. Surfing and other aquatic sports are also welcome. Welcome to "Pauba, Brazil"

About Us

We work in the social services and financial fields. We are currently living in the U.S.A.. However, we love this villa so much that we decided to keep it and enjoy it whenever we get a chance to. My sister and her husband use to spend some weekends in this house. They always make sure that everything in the house is in proper working condition. There's also another couple that takes care of the house during the weekdays. I speak Portuguese and English, but I also can communicate in Spanish. So...

We accept non-simultaneous exchanges. Our dates are pretty flexible. We usually spend holidays in this house, but we are open to other destinations as well.
