Description

Our 4 Bedroomed "home from home" is tastefully furnished with adequate facilities for the whole family. Internet Broad Band Connection, Satelite TV and XBox. Large airconditioned comfy rooms, braai area with large verandah with seating for 10+ people. Also outside shower to wash yourself off when returning from time at the beach. You will have use of our Toyota Yaris. The maid comes in once a week for 4 hours. Usual amenities such as washing machine & dishwasher.

Neighborhood

Situated in a quiet neighbourhood on a cul-de-Sac. Whats so great is that its only a 2/3km drive to local beaches. Larnaca is renowned to have the best beach prominade in Cyprus which approximately a kilometre long stretch lined with palm trees, beach cafes, diners, restaurants and childrens entertainment. There is a entertainment stage situated on the beach - on the sand - and on special occassions ie. New Year's Eve, famous artists perform for the public free of charge. Xmas lights are particularly spectacular - and it goes without saying that the chestnuts roasted in front of you are not to be missed, as are those mealies on the hot coals.
Cyprus is a famous Island of the sun and beauty. Steeped in history going way back before biblical times.
It also has a town called Ayia Napa, 20 km's out of Larnaca on the freeway, which is crowned the Party Capital of the Northern Hemisphere (summer season only).
Cyprus is one of the few places left in the world where there's security and is crime free and has 24 hour "electricity"!

About Us

We are South Africans who came to Cyprus 7 years ago. My husband (Andrew) has a Restaurant in the capital, Nicosia and I (Isobel) am a working mom as a Software and Technology Consultant. We have 3 sons. The eldest is 21 studying Sports Science and Rehabilitation in the UK. Second son is 18 and doing Gr13 in the American Academy. He also has his own band, very much into digital art and technology. The youngest is 13 in Gr8, and into any sports that come his way. We have a maltese poodle who is the queen of the house! We enjoy our home tremendously and especially like living in Larnaca as its quiet and centrally located ie. only half an hours drive on the Hi-way to the main cities, Nicosia and Limassol and only 20mins from the paradise beaches of Ayia Napa.
