Very luminous apartment of 90 m2 located in Aix en Provence, south of France. Apartment is at the 8th floor on 8 (Lift) and has a double exposition Est / West with 2 long balconies.
A large principal room with TV and sofa (double bed), a fully equiped kitchen (gas, dishwasher, fridge, frizzer), 3 bedrooms (one with double bed), toilets. Washing machine. Free internet acces, printer. Electric piano, guitage.

Neighborhood

Aix en Provence, the "town of Paul Cezanne", is close to the "Montagne ste Victoire" (we can se her from my balcony). It takes 3/4 hour to the méditerranean sea, 2 hours to Alps Mountains. Aix en Provence is the town where a lot of french people would like to leave. Life is sweet, town is very beatiful with a lot of small steets, restaurants, a lot of animation downtow (10 minutes by foot).
It is one of the safer towns in France. 120 000 people.
Campaign is the tipical Provence, with a lot of places to walk and visit.

About Us

When I asked them where they wanted to go for hollidays, my son Lucien (16) and daugter Clementine (13) told me together "we would like to see New York". When I said "ok I see what I can do" they jumped for joy.
My children are very quiet and serious. They play music (piano and guitar)
My job : I have a small company of multimédia (15 people who make films, Internet sites, CD ROM for big companies). I like my job, we work for safety at work.
My chidrens' mother and I are separeted but we kept good relations, and we have the children half time. So we would be 3 comming in your home (my children and I).
Friends and neighbours are here to help you if you need.
