Our home is 200m from the pretty and safe Mills beach. Easy walk to the village( about10 minutes) or car (2minutes)- seaside town atmosphere with many restaurants, clothing shops, coffee and cake shops, several well appointed hotels, and cinema.
Hospitals (2) and Medical/ Health Care practices are readily accessible-about 2 minutes from home.
Mornington, on the coast of Port Phillip Bay, lies in the heart of the holiday area of the Mornington Peninsula- an area noted for it's scenery, vineyards (excellent wines and restaurants), surf and swimming beaches, and galleries. Scenic Mornington Golf Course and tennis courts are about 2minutes from home, country horse racing meetings are regularly held near the town,and there are several excellent Golf Courses on the Peninsula. A 2 hour trip by car will take you to Phillip Island to view the world acclaimed fairy penguins and the seal colony.
At the Southern tip of the Mornington Peninsula ( entrance to Port Phillip Bay ) is Sorrento, a beautiful seaside holiday town wher one can embark on a car ferry to the other side of Port Phillip Bay.

About Us

My wife and I have 4 married adult children who have given us great joy and 4 grandchildren (1 more is expected soon). I am a retired Senior Mathematics teacher who is involved in music- concert band, swing band and jazz group- tennis and golf and various charity organisations. My wife, Philippa, is a keen actor and we enjoy live theatre, some charity work together, and we are members of the local Film Society, and Mornington Gallery. We have many long standing friendships in the region and enjoy getting together on occasions with friends for lunch , dinner or a "cup cf coffee".
