quiet neighbourhood,overlooking river & soar valley,views to charnwood forest . people come for walks in this area,nice riverside pubs,shops within walking distance,stores no more than 5 min drive,plenty of amenities locally.2 mins drive is freeway-easy access to anywhere in england ! ie.london 1 hr ,sherwood forest 30 mins....its so centrally based in a small country you can get anywhere easily, with no hassle - i do it all the while !

About Us

i am a teacher by profession - well actually a lecturer at a nearby university. i am in my 50's and have 30 years experience in my work. i hold a ph.d and have several publications. i also run a small private tutoring business. i am divorced and live at this address with my 15 year old daughter.i spend most of my time working but like to do sport,travel and read when possible.
