Description

A lovely apartment located on the edge of the 'pueblo blanco' Frigiliana. The apartment is fully equipped with all the mod cons including free wireless internet. Stunning views across the hills and the Mediterranian Sea. The apartment has 2 double bedrooms, one with a king size bed the other with 2 singles.

The village of Frigiliana is steeped in history has won many awards for its beauty. Hidden along it's cobbled walkways you'll find quaint bars and resturants. Frigiliana is located on the fringe of the Tejeda National Park which is a haven for walkers and nature lovers. The sandy bays and bustling town of Nerja are just 5 kms away.

Neighborhood

Frigiliana has to be one of the most charming villages in Spain. It is unspoilt by tourism and still retains a real Spanish feel that is lost by so many villages on the Spanish Costas. There is a bus stop across the road from the apartment from where buses run down to the Coastal town of Nerja. Alternatively, you can take a delightful walk along the riverbed into town (see photo showing sea view). The locals are friendly towards visitors and are very proud of their beautiful village.

The backdrop to Frigiliana is the Tejeda National Park and within a few minutes from the apartment one can be in wild mountain country where it is quite usual to spot long-horned montain goats and huge eagles soaring above.

Almost everything you'll need for a great holiday is within walking distance and not far beyond are the cities of Malaga, Seville and Granada and of course the high mountains of the Sierra Nevada with its hiking and skiing.

About Us

I'm a 42 year old surveyor from the UK living in Spain. My partner, Cecilie is a 32 year old geophysicist from Norway. We are both passionate about the great outdoors, which is why we enjoy living in Frigiliana so much; the area is a huge natural playground! We both enjoy travelling, having to do a lot in our chosen professions. We are both intelligent, responsible and trustworthy and will treat your home with the same respect that we treat ours.
