Neighborhood

we have lived here for 25 years and our neighbours are all friends as we have all lived here a long time, we are minutes away from walks along canals etc,
we are 10 minutes walk from 2 supermarkets, banks, bakery, Chemist , church and local railway station, the local buses to warrington are 2 minutes walk and are every 20minutes to town.
there are a number of pubs all in walking distance that all serve good ale and pub food.

we are an ideal site to tour north wales the north west and cheshire, we are 60 minutes from the lake district and yorkshire, it would be 1 & 1/2 hours to York, 30 minutes to chester & 20 min's to both manchester and liverpool, with all the theaters & mueseums and show areans, the M.e.n. areana and the G-mex Areana and the new Liverpool Arena.
birmingham and the midlands are around 1 to 1/2 hours,
we are ideally located to all main roads such as the M6 M56 & M62 moterway networks for easy access to all area's
we are Lucky that we are 30 minutes from Manchester Airport and 20 minutes from Liverpool John Lennon airport,

About Us

we are looking to broaden our horizions now our son's are 24 & 22 yrs, we are great sports fans and enjoy Rugby League & union very much, we enjoy going for long walks reading and going to the gym at least 3 times a week,

we are in our our late 40's but not hit the big 50 yet!!
