Description

Our stylish 1920s house is a very warm, art filled home with the latest amenities. We are continually complemented by visitors that our home is so welcoming and warm, full of color and a great energy. Our home has 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, and a stand alone guest cottage that sleeps 2 and has a full bath. We have a newly renovated back patio with pergola, outdoor speakers, and garden. We live in the garden in the summer -- listening to jazz and sipping wine at sunset.

We aslo have 2 cars (and car seats) available as well - Lexus 2008 RX350, and Lexus SC 420 coup.

LA in the summer is bubbling with so many events in the summer - there is picnicing, concerts and activities at the Hollywood Bowl, The LA Aboretum, LA Museum of Contemporary Art, The Getty Center, the Skirball Museum, the Aquarium of the Pacific etc. There are numerable day trip options. We are big fans of Santa Barbara (1.5 hrs) and the Santa Ynez/Central Coast Wine regions. Explore rugged beautiful beaches and sand dunes in one part of the day and enjoy the rolling hills beauty of its many wineries by sunset.



We would like very much to offer you our home and a very pleasant stay.

Neighborhood

Our neighborhood is very quiet and friendly, all the neighbors on the street know each other. We are an easy walk from the Los Angeles County Museum of Art, home to free jazz concerts, events, throughout the summer. Within walking distance there is also the Paige Museum, Children's Museum, Peterson Automotive Museum, & the Arts & Crafts museum. There are also cafes, restaurants and specialty shops in the neighborhood so it is easy to enjoy relaxing days at home.

Our home is very centrally located: We are 5 mins from Beverly Hills, 10 mins from Hollywood, 20 mins from Santa Monica and Venice Beaches, 35 mins to Malibu, among other beach and hiking destinations.

About Us
