very quiet and confortable house near Paris with small garden. Express train (RER A) to Paris is about 10 minutes away from the house. We are in the center of Paris in 30 minutes. There are 3 floors: the upper level : 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms; the ground foor: a bedroom with TV and DVD, a large living room , a fully-equipped kitchen; a basement with an office and play room , opening to the garden. we have piano and a guitare

Neighborhood

Saint Maur is situated in the east suburd at about 7 miles (10 km) from Paris. It is a quiet and nice town surrounded by the Marne river . We are leaving in the old part of the town next to a 12 century church.



we have all conveniences around the house: backery, pharmacy supermarket, express train, bookshop.... Market is present twice a week at 5 minutes away from home.

About Us

we are 5: 2 adults and 3 children ( 2 girls who are 7, 9 years olds, and a boy who is 12 years old). we have a nice cat who needs to be fed regulary. we are both doctors working in hospital in Paris
