The appartment (140 sq yards) comprises 1 large living room, 1 large dining room, 1 large master bedroom + 2 smaller bedrooms. 1 large bathroom with tub + I shower rooms. 2 separate WC. Fully equipped kitchen.
5 windows are on the street side, 4 windows are on the quieter courtyard side.
6 people fit easily.
A nice grand piano (Steingraeber) is waiting for music lovers...

Neighborhood

The appartment is located in a ca 1870 building (3rd floor with elevator), on Boulevard Beaumarchais, at walking distance (5 min) from Bastille and Place des Vosges, in the heart of the historical district of Paris. Very convenient and extremely close (50 yards away) public transportation (buses ans metro) is available .
Ideal for the discovery of Paris with full comfort.

About Us

We both retired recently. I was a biologist working at the Pasteur Institute and my wife was Executive in Unesco.
We are both music lovers and we are planning to go this summer to Santa Fe New Mexico for the 2008 opera festival.
Spoken languages : French, english, german.

Destination

We are going to Santa Fe New Mexico where we would like to find a place for min 6, preferably 7 people. We need to stay there for about a week between July 25 to August 2 of 2008
