My flat is small but cosy and very pleasant,with a quite exceptional view.Perfect for a single pers. or a couple with a small child.The area is residential and the building recreate a hilltop village which corporates all the charm and quaintness of a typical French village with outer walls and a bell tower and centred around a square complete with fountain.The village is close to a primary school.It s a quiet and very green area with a lovely view of the mountains and also only 15 min from NICE airport and beaches.In the winter you will be close to the nearby ski trails in the Alps(45min to an hour).There is a swimming pool which is essentiel in summer in south of France!Supermarket and shops are 5 minutes away by car.There is a main gate,closed at night with a parking,a private garage and a cellar.The flat is on the 3rd and last floor reachable by elevator.The kitchen is fully equiped including dish washer,microwave,grill,owen,freezer,washing machine etc.There is one bedroom with a mezzanine double bed and a single bed,with wooden floor.There is also a double sofa bed in the sitting room.There is telephone,tv,cable,internet access,dvd player,home cinema etc.The ceilings in each room are very high,it s a zen furnished flat.

Neighborhood

the area is residential,shops and restaurants are 5 to 10 minutes away.A lots of villages around with restaurants.Only 15 minutes from NICE,30 minutes from CANNES and MONACO,40 minutes from Italie.There are many many activities around such as mountain biking,hiking,mountainering,golfing,fishing etc etc.There is a primary school next by.

About Us

My name is Angélique,I am French and I have been working as a stewardess for 11 years.I have a son who is 7 and I would like to take one year opportunity(school time) for my son to learn English and live in a different culture environment.My base is in London as I work for British Airways,so I commute from Nice.I am a single mother and I work part time.I need a minimum 2 bedrooms house or flat,because I have an au pair with me.

Destination

I am looking for a 2 or 3 bedroom house or flat as we are 2 adults(including an au pair) and a child,easy to access to heathrow,either by car or underground,no more than 2 hours driving,to go to work.I dont really mind the area because I would like to move before september to allow my son to go to school.I wouldn t mind central London as I ve lived there before and I am familiar with central,but I am interested also in Gatwick area,sea side like Brighton ,flexible on offer!I need to exchange 10 to 12 months as my son need to go to school for a year and I believe it s a minimum time for him to learn the language
