Description

Nice, quiet and cosy apartment, completly done up this winter. Situated on the top of an ancient parisian building. Two level flat: living and dining room (45 m²) on the lower level, room (20 m²) on this upper level. Both with heigh ceilings and visible wooden beams. Huge windows (over 2 meters high). Cuisine and bath-room all equiped. The apartment is quiet (which is rare in paris) because it has no direct neighbors and it is situated in a pedestrian area. It is also luminous, with 4 windows (two towards east, two towards west) and 1 roof window.

Neighborhood

Historical center of Paris, close (2 to 5 minutes by feet) to Châtelet, Beaubourg, Saint Eustache, le Marais and le Louvres. The all area is pedestrian with a lot of shops and restaurants (high quality food). The area is called 'Montorgueil'.

About Us

We are a young couple (26 and 29), french, non smoking, no pets. German, spanish and english spoken. He studied 2 years in Viena (Austria) and worked 2 years in New York, before he settled in Paris and developed his own business (web agency). She is architect and designs stages for the french TV.
