Description

We are first time family home exchangers, with 4 children, offering our very comfortable home which is extremely child friendly. Back yard has full size trampoline, adventure playground, and many abundant hiking trails out our back doorstep. Sunsets are breathtaking, with view off our entertainment size deck for summer barbeques with seating for up to 12! We look forward to travelling to friendly neighbourhoods in the US, England and Europe for a relaxing and cultural holiday.

Neighborhood

Our affluent neighbourhood is peaceful, with many hiking trails nearby, with new shuttle bus route out our front door that can take you down to the beach (10 minues) or the high end shopping mall.

About Us

Professional couple with four children, 9, 13, 15, 18. There is a small garden in the summer which may need the occasional watering. We are more than happy to recommend our cleaning ladies to clean if you need this. Our home comes with a baby grand piano if you are musically inclined. We look forward to future travels on the home exchange way of life! We also have bicycles if you need to use.

Destination

We are non smokers and would want the same type of exchange due to allergies. Preferred destination is New York, but open to offers of East Coast in the US, France, Cayman Islands
