Description

The home is located in a calm quarter nearby (100 m) small trade, swimming pool and school. The garden with view sur spaces out vert in without relation with screw.
The home (150 m ²) is nice and functional.
Downstairs : a big room to live of 45 m ², cooks and buanderie, a bedroom or office with computer, and bathroom.
Upstairs: bathroom, dressing, 3 bedrooms, a playroom.
You can use : all essentials for baby(highchair, beds infant, toys, etc), barbecue, bikes (3 adults and 3 children 3-5-7 years) + towrope to transport baby with bike

Neighborhood

CHAURAY is a small place (5000 people) close to a commercial zone (5 min) and located near the town of NIORT (60 000 people).
Ideally located in the centre of France and near ocean.
Accès à :
- Atlantic ocean (La Rochelle, l'Ile de Ré) is only 3/4 hour away by car,
- Nantes : 1 1/2 hour - 160 km,
-Bordeaux : 2 hours 200km,
- Paris : 2h30 by rail(TGV) , or 3h45, 400 km by car

About Us

Nous sommes une famille avec 3 enfants plutôt calmes: 2 filles de 7 et 5 ans et un garçon de 15 mois.

Nous aimons les choses simples, sommes soigneux, et souhaitons échanger avec une famille pour pouvoir dialoguer et s'imprègner d'un mode de vie et d'une culture différente.

We are interested in spending several weeks in each of the following regions: Western australia (near Perth), south australia, Victoria and New south wales.
