This family home consists of 4 double bedrooms - a main double with a large en suite bathroom and 2 doubles (2 single beds in each) in the main body of the house and 1 double with en suite shower and toilet off the outside covered seating area; a study, a tv lounge with satellite tv and dvd; a second large lounge with seperate dining area; kitchen with microwave etc; utility room with dishwasher, washing machine, chest freezer and double fridge/freezer. There is a large covered seating area accessed from the 2 lounges and a further covered area in the back garden. The swimming pool is fenced in amongst an array of beautiful foliage and surrounded by paving. There are 2 braaii (bar-b-que) areas, one under the covered area by the house and one by the pool.

Neighborhood

The house is situated in a quiet suburb with easy access to the following:
* Several 18 and 9 hole golf courses
* 1 hour to Shamwari private game reserve fielding the Big 5
* 1 hour to Addo Elephant Park
* Whale, seal, dolphin watching trips
* 15 minutes drive to miles of stunning, unspolit beaches
* Horse riding
* 5-10 min drive to shopping malls, cinema, restaurants, health and beauty spas
* 20 min drive to city centre inc dolphinarium, museums, casino, restaurants, galleries
* Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg - 1 3/4 hour flights

About Us

We are a retired couple (worked in education in various African countires for the last 25 years) who wish to come over and spend the summer near family in Northern Ireland.

Destination

We need a home in Northern Ireland for the month of July - preferably near Portrush, Bushmills etc.
