Luxurious 3 bedroom new semi detached house. One of 26 lake side houses all with separate en suites, large dining and kitchen area. On hotel grounds with Nick Faldo designed golf course (opening June 2008) and free use of hotel leisure centre including Thai Spa (separate fee). Use of second golf course on same site (www.castlehumegolf.com). On the banks of Lough Erne. World famous Ailwee Caves nearby and also town of Beleek - famous for Beleek china. Enniskillen town five miles away with shops, historical sights, restaurants and boat hire for Lough Erne cruising. see famous marble Arch caves 8 miles away. No smoking . No pets.

Neighborhood

Peacefull, in heart of country. Full walk around and use of golf course
( Fee ). Great views and local activities. Both mountain and Lake view. Area full of irish history, both old and modern.
Will need to hire car.
Can arrive either at Dublin or Belfast airport.
House 1 hour from Belfast and 2 hours from Dublin airport.

About Us

All children grown up. Just two of us for house swap. English speaking. I Work as a veterinary Surgeon and Iseult as a Business Consultant.
Enjoy sports, running, Gym and holidays.

Destination

My dates are flexable and I can book the house for you 6 months in advance.There can be non simultaneous exchanges. I have the house for 4 weeks per year.
