My apartment is light and sunny, with polished floorboards in a small art-deco building near Manly on Sydney's northern beaches. It sleeps 2 comfortably, or 3-4 people at a squeeze (one queen bed + one fold out sofa-bed).

Washing machine, dryer, dishwasher, and wireless internet are all available for your use.

Neighborhood

The apartment is situated just 200 metres from Sydney Harbour foreshore, and 3 minutes walk to a small harbour beach with ocean pool. It's located in the quiet, upmarket suburb of Fairlight on Sydney's northern beaches.

A 15 minute stroll around the foreshore will take you to the bustling and vibrant tourist centre of Manly, where you can catch a wave at our world famous surf beach or catch the ferry into the city to visit the Sydney Opera House, theatres and bars. Manly is also packed with restaurants, cafes and night life, and is a great destination if you like swimming, snorkelling, kayaking, surfing, scuba diving or sailing.

About Us

I am a professional female in my late 30s, and am also a freelance writer. I love my home and would ask any visitor to treat it with respect... just as I will treat yours.

I have not home-swapped before, but have lots of experience house-sitting, and can provide references if required.

Destination

I am looking to be in a nice, fun part of NYC from 4th - 24th April, 2008, however, I won't be returning home for a few days after that, so you could stay slightly longer if desired.

I am open to non-simultaneous exchange.
