Neighborhood

Our flat is located in the heart of the city in the so-called "Eixample" districtes.

You can walk everywhere.

It's only a 5 min. walk to Paseo de Gracia (where most of Antoni Gaudi's houses are) or 10 min. to Ramblas and it's only 15 min. to the different city beaches.

You will find restaurants, shops, boutiques just near the flat. It's only 5 min. to the hip "Borne" neighbourhood with its terraces, bars and restaurants.

About Us

I speak German, English, Spanish and Catalan. I have my own company (digital content editor). I have done a couple of house swaps already (Berlin and Paris).
