Description

Our colonial style home sits in a quiet family neighborhood just 15 minutes from Philadelphia. Hard wood oak covers most of the floors, but terra cotta tiles can be found in the kitchen. A fireplace room, perfect for quiet afternoon reading and tea, sits sub-level adjacent to the kitchen. The basement is fully carpeted, furnished and has a seperate 2nd kitchen and bathroom area. A small laundry room is also available. The fenced in back yard includes an overlooking deck with outdoor eating area and barbeque.

Neighborhood

Our quiet suburban neighborhood is within walking distance to the city (philadelphia) train, or to several local department stores and restaurants. My wife, daughter, and I take daily walks to our local park. The area is family oriented and full of charm.

About Us

My wife and I work in the public school system. I am a 6th & 7th grade art teacher and baseball coach and my wife is a guidance counselor. Together we also serve as Young Life leaders in our local high school. Our daughter is a toddler and the light of our lives. We love to travel and are hoping to share our lives with new friends.
