Description

We would like to do home exchange for the summer (july or august), for a period to decide (from a week to a month) for to visit with my girl every nice place of the world.
We live in Italy, Tuscany. Our primary house is in Arezzo (88 km from Florence).
We have got our house of holidays in the historical center of Semproniano, a very quiet and natural place closed to Terme di Saturnia (10 minutes from Semproniano), warm and solforous water.
We are doing works in the inside of this house.
The works at our house will be finished before the end of May.
We are sorry for this problem.
We will insert here the photos of inside of our house as soon as possible.
Our home will be ready on May month for to do home exchange.
You will can reserve days that you want and when you want after this date.
About our house, it is a very old building (18th century), on 3 levels, with 2 matrimonial bedrooms, 1 bathroom, 1 saloon, 1 kitchen, a big balcon with a wonderful view on the mountains. In the summer there is a very agreable climate, not very warm, but not cold either.

Terme di Saturnia is situated 10 minutes from the house at the base of the medieval village of Saturnia, at the heart of Tuscany.
There are big and free thermal pools with warm and solforous water that I will show you.
This natural thermal pool is over three thousand years old and people from far and wide come here each year to revitalize themselves.
This Tuscan countryside is full of history. It was an Etruscan settlement during the last thousand years before Christ.
You can get a glimpse of their lives through the archaeological sites, fortresses and villages that surround this region.

Neighborhood

Place very quiet, a natural place closed to Terme di Saturnia and with every comfort (Bank, Market, Police, Biblioteque, Restaurants, Bar, Pubs, Football, ecc.)

I am a teacher to Primary School. My fiancée is a teacher of dance.
