Maison ancienne en pierre à l'architecture typique de la zone Ombrie/Toscane, restructurée récemment avec tout le confort moderne. La maison est immergée dans la campagne avec de très belles vues sur les collines entre Perouse et Todi et entourée d'un grand jardin, de bois et d'oliviers. Elle dispose d'une belle piscine.
This is an heritage house with the typical architecture of Umbria and Tuscany which has been recently restored with all modern comfort. The house is emerged in the countryside with great views on the hills between Perugia and Todi, with a large garden, woods and olive trees and a very nice swimming pool.

Neighborhood

La maison est située dans la campagne, au calme, le village le plus proche avec toutes les commodités, marché, super-marché, tous commerces, hopital est à 8 km.
De la maison, on peut rayonner trés facilement vers les villes d'art telles Asise, Spello, Perouse, Arezzo, Orvieto... Rome et Sienne sont à une heure et demie en voiture.
The house is in the countryside, in a very quiet position. At 8km a little town with all types of shops, a market, supermarkets, hospital. From the house, you can easily drive to visit the numerous art cities like Assisi, Spello, Perugia, Arezzo, Orvieto... Rome and Siena are at 1h30 drive.

About Us

Nous sommes une famille Française de 3 personnes, avec une petite fille de 9 ans. Nous habitons à Paris aprés avoir vécu longtemps en Italie.
Nous avons 40 ans et sommes ingénieur et restauratrice d'objet d'art ancien. Nous jouons de musique (un piano se trouve dans la maison)
We are a french family with a little nine year old girl. We are currently living in Paris after a long stay in Italy. We are 40 year old: engeneer and restorer of antiques. We play music (a piano is available in the house).

Destination

L'échange peut ne pas etre simulltané. Pour un échange en Europe, nous sommes uniquement intéressé par un échange pour une maison à la mer.
Exchange may not be simultaneous. For an exchange in Europe, we would favor a seaside house.
