Description

We live in a 1930’s four story 200 square meter townhouse. Walk in through our private courtyard and enter. The ground floor has a WC, a fully equipped modern kitchen, a livingroom with an upright piano, TV and DVD, and a contemporary dining room set. The first floor has a 40 sq.m. play room well stocked with toys, a full bathroom, washer/dryer and bedroom. The secondfloor is where we attempt to sweat off all the rich Parisian cuisine in our office/exercise room by using our Concept 2 rower, stationary bike and free weights. There is a thourough supply of both English and French books lining the wall. Next to that is a bedroom and bathroom. The third floor has two bedrooms, an Eiffel Tower view, bathroom and stairs leading to the attic bedroom. Not to forget the finished basement is equipped with a full bedroom and shower.

Neighborhood

Located in an urban neighbourhood with restaurants, parks, transportation and shops accessed just by walking around the block. Walk down the street to the train station and be in the center of Paris in 6 minutes going one way and be at the Palais de Versaille in 15 minutes just by taking the same train in the other direction.

About Us

We have two children. A 6 year old daughter and 12 year old son. I'm a Canadian who has lived here for over 12 years teaching English as a second language at the University of Paris and private companies. My husband is French and is a sports journalist. We would treat your home with care and respect. We speak English, French, Italian and a little Hebew.

Destination

Idealy we are looking for a centrally located air conditioned apartment or house in or around Tel Aviv within walking distance to the beach. We are open to other offers as well.
