Beautifull house in a quiet residence 3 minutes from Biot village. The house is in a closed residence, in a nature environment in the heart of the French Riviera. The house is 8 km far from the Mediterranean Sea and Antibes/Juan les pins (Picasso Museum), 12 km from Cannes (Film & Fireworks Festivals), 15 km from Grasse (Perfume Capital), 25 km from Nice and International Airport, 45 km from Monaco and 60 km from Italy.

Safe, quiet, family oriented neighbourhood. Charming environement, residence composed of different types of houses. Sea view at the entrance of the residence. We can enjoy as much outside than inside our home.

The Biot village is 3 km far. The Antibes Marineland is 5 Km far, The Golf Saint Philippe 1 km.
Numerous activities and events throughout the year in the close vicinity.

About Us

We are a couple in their fifties. I am an computer science engineer and my wife is an accountant. We have 3 children (1 daughter who is 29 and 2 sons who are 22 and 17).

During the home exchange, we will be 7 of us. My wife and I, my children and my son in law and granddaughter (4 years old). All of us are non-smokers and we would care for your house as we would our own.

All of us speak French and some English...

Destination

We are looking for a simultaneous exchange for about 3 weeks in August 2009. As a first choice we got attired by Canada and mainly by Toronto or Ottawa areas.
