Bungalow suituated in a quiet rural setting. We have 5 bedrooms(3 ensuite), 2 sitting rooms, 1 bathroom, utility room,1 toilet room and kitchen cum dining room. The 2 sitting rooms have oil fired stoves and the kitchen cum dining room has a solid fuel stove. Our house stands on 8 acres of land with a lovely view of the surrounding land and mountains at front. We have 2 lovely quiet ponies on our land at the rear of the house. This is a lovely safe and quiet area in which to live or holiday -- and also our neighbours are very friendly and helpful. We live 12 miles from Castlebar(good shopping town) and 4.5 miles from Kiltimagh and Swinford(smaller shopping towns. Our local village of Bohola has a very good grocery shop which supplies most of your needs.

Neighborhood

Bohola is a very nice quiet neighbourhood with lovely country walks. Our neighbours are very friendly and helpful. If you want a quiet country holiday away from the hustle and bustle of city life then you will love Bohola and the surrounding area. There are golf cources in both Swinford, Castlebar and Ballina and a magnificant beach area in Iniscrone, Co. Sligo

About Us

We are a family of 6: 2 adults and 4 boys. I am a principal teacher and my wife works with the local health board - we enjoy the outdoor pursuits-walking, golf, tennis, swimming and. We are an English speaking family and 3 of our children are learning German.
