Our new and modern villa is situated in quite residential area with pools at halfisland Ciovo in lovely bay near untouched beaches and promenades near sea with pine wood.Trogir old walled town Unesco is 4 km away and Split town 28 km.
Position is ideal if you like to spend a time for relaxing your body and soul at terasse by the pool or just walking or like starting point for explore lovely Dalmatia region and our beautiful coast.
Apartment for exchange is situated at villa ground floor 70 m2 with lovely sunny living room and double glazed big glass windows overlooking to pool and sea.There is possibility for another big apartment too of 70 m2 at first floor with lovely terasse.At your disposal there is DSL internet connection for doing your buisness from here so we expect the same at your home.
There is one bedroom with French double bed, big bathroom with Dusche and washing maschine, open plan kitchen fully equiped for cooking.
In the living room is unique glass table with chairs, aquarium with tropical fishes and every room has special colors of the walls.
Terasse by the pool is connected to litlle garden with palm trees.
Apartment has a secure garage for car.

Neighborhood

This area is very quite out summer season and perfect for relaxing holidays for coupels or families with kids and on another hand you are very close to Trogir UNESCO town called "litlle Venice" if you wanna visit resturants, caffe bars, market or some shops.Trogir is favorite destination for many celebrities who are coming here with luxury yachts:Bill Gates, Roman Abramovič, Michael Douglas,Chaterine Zeta-Jones,owner formula 1 Bernie Ecclestone,members of Europen royal families,famous designer Valentino and many others.
Split capital town is only 28 km with big shoping centers,cinemas....and there is harbour from where you can visit many Croatian islands.
Villa is near 300 m from untouched beaches in lovely bay with promenades and is perfect for walking around and those who are enjoying in nature.
This could be your starting point for explore Dalmatian region because we are very close to many Dalmatian hot spots- towns and villages so you could make a daily excursions with car or with public transport.

Split airport with international flights is 8 km away so you can be in villa in about 15 min.

Zagreb capital Croatia - 350 km

About Us

We are married couple in mid thirties without children.My husband is dipl.iur and myself Wanda tourist manager.
We love to travel and explore the different cultures and countries.Looking for a responsible couple or familiy for swap our villa.
The most suitable time for swap is from november to end of march, because rest of the year villa is for renting.

Destination

For this exchange we would like to visit again Los Angeles area including / Santa Monica, Long Beach, Venice Beach, Malibu .../
We can plan our visit only in period between 01.11.08 and 20.03.09 .
Also we are open for another interesting locations in the world.
Swap doesn't have to be simultanous because this is our second home.
